About Denon AVR Remote
Control your Denon AV receiver from your Android phone or tablet with Denon AVR Remote, the dedicated control app for 2014 and later network-ready Denon receivers. Manage power, volume, input selection, and audio settings directly from your device, turning your Android phone into a central control hub for your home entertainment system.
Access core receiver functions through an intuitive interface. Adjust surround modes and Quick Select presets on the fly, giving you immediate control over your audio experience. The app supports a comprehensive range of Denon models from 2014 through 2026, ensuring compatibility across most current and recent receiver generations.
Network browsing integrates seamlessly into your setup. On compatible models, the app can launch HEOS directly for music streaming and network content control without leaving your device. If your Denon AV receiver is connected to a Denon Blu-ray player (DBT-xx13 series), you can control playback via HDMI connection through the app as well.
Features include ECO mode settings, adjustable sleep tone and channel levels, and quick access to selected setup options. The newly redesigned interface presents controls clearly and logically, making adjustment simple even when you're relaxing across the room. Multi-language support covers English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Swedish, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Russian, and Polish, automatically matching your device's language settings.
Requirements: Android 8.0 or higher on a smartphone or tablet with standard resolution (not QVGA or HVGA). Network Control must be enabled in your receiver's system setup menu for the app to function. A firmware update to your Denon product may be required for full compatibility—check the system setup menu under General > Firmware to ensure your receiver is current.
Download Denon AVR Remote and integrate your Android device into your home entertainment setup with direct, responsive control over your receiver's most-used functions.
